Hi guys, I'm new to xbox online gaming and very new to the role play type systems. I would love to go on patrol in a system similar to the pc modded environment you see on YouTube. What do I need to play this with you?

Also, the advertisement suggests that officers can write traffic citations. I wasn't aware this was possible in the game, how do I do this?
